Grilled Prawns

  • King Prawns, deveined and cleaned
  • Sea Salt
  • Butter



  • Affilla Cress
  • Cucumber Slices
  • Chrysanthemum
  • Japanese Rose



  1. Grilled Prawns

    • Brush prawns with butter and sprinkle with sea salt.
    • Grill over charcoal for 3 minutes until half cooked, then remove, or bake in oven for 3.5 minutes at 200°C.
  2. Sauce

    • Mix Hellmann's Smoked Chilli Dressing, tobiko and Best Foods Real Mayonnaise, pour into a piping bag and set aside.
  3. Garnishing

    • Spread the mixture of smoked Smoked Chilli Sauce on top of the prawn.
    • Grill over charcoal for 4 minutes, or bake it in the oven for 4 minutes at 200°C.
