准备工作

  1. Pizza Base

    • Prepare pizza base as mentioned.
  2. Mushroom Toppings

    • Heat up pan and saute or grill mushrooms till browned.
    • Season with salt and pepper.    
  3. Miso Cheddar Sauce

    • In a pot, bring water and milk to boil. Whisk in Knorr Instant Cheese Sauce Mix.
    • Fold in cream, butter and Hellmann's Miso Ponzu Dressing.
  4. Wild Mushroom Pizza with Miso Cheddar Sauce Toppings

    • Preheat oven to 220°C.
    • Pour the miso ponzu cheddar sauce onto the pizza base and spread it thoroughly.
    • Top pizza base with mozzarella chese and pizza toppings.
    • Place the onsen egg yolk on the center of the pizza.
    • Bake the pizza for 8 to 10 mins.
    • Plate and assemble.
