  • Penne pasta, cooked till al dente 350.0 克

Atlantic Cod

  • Atlantic Cod, filleted 500.0 克
  • 海盐 6.0 克
  • 白胡椒 4.0 克

Garnishing

  • Olives, chopped 20.0 克
  • Lime Zest 5.0 克
  • Red Vine Sorrel 20.0 克

准备工作

  1. Pasta

    • Cook penne pasta in salted boiling water till al dente.
    • Set aside.      
  2. Rose Pasta Sauce

    • In a pan, saute shallots till translucent.
    • Add in chopped garlic and continue to saute till fragrant.
    • Add in Knorr Tomato Pronto and bring mixture to a boil.
    • Drizzle in cream, season to taste and fold in Hellmann's Charred Tomato and Capers Dressing.
  3. Atlantic Cod

    • Season cod with salt and pepper.
    • Heat up pan and sear cod till it turns golden brown.  
  4. Garnishing

    • Prepare garnish as mentioned.
  5. Plating and Assembly

    • Plate and assemble.
