准备工作

  1. Blanching Water

    • In a pot, bring water to boil, add in soda powder and salt.
    • Blanch watercress till soft and strain. Set aside.
  2. Cream of Watercress Soup

    • In a pot, swear garlic till fragrant with oil.
    • In a mixing bowl, mix well water and Knorr Cream of Chicken Soup Mix. Pour mixture into pot.
    • Bring to boil and let it simmer for 2 minutes.
    • Add in blanched watercress, bring to boil and use a handblender to blend till smooth.
    • Bring soup to boil, fold in milk, cream, butter and let it simmer for 2 minutes. Ready to serve.
