Mala Meatball Pasta



  1. Mala Sauce

    • Heat up oil in a sauce pot. Sweat the garlic, ginger, and peppercorns until fragrant.
    • Fold in Knorr Pronto Tomato, Mala Paste, chilli powder, sugar and bring to boil.
    • Simmer for 2 mins, fold in green peppercorn oil and stir well.
  2. Mala Meatball Pasta

    • Assemble meat ball, mala sauce and bring to boil.
    • Fold in pasta, mix well and garnish with spring onions and mozzarella cheese.
    • Ready to serve.
