  • Cauliflower, florets 300.0 g
  • Knorr Pesto Herb Paste 15.0 g

Coating Flour

  • Tempura Flour 50.0 g
  • Rice Flour 50.0 g

Tempura Batter

  • Tempura Flour 100.0 g
  • Cold Water 150.0 ml

Cheddar Hot Sauce

  1. Cauliflower Marination

    • In a mixing bowl, mix well all ingredients and marinate for 30mins,
  2. Coating Flour

    • In a mixing bowl, mix well all ingredients together.
  3. Tempura Batter

    • In a mixing bowl, mix well all ingredients together.
  4. Cheddar Hot Sauce

    • In a pot, sweat garlic with oil.
    • Add in cayenne and paprika powder.
    • Add in water bring to boil.
    • Fold in tabasco, ketchup, sugar and sriracha.
    • Whisk in cheese powder and mix well to smooth.
    • Set aside.
