  • Mixed Salad 120 g
  • Cranberries 20 g
  • Chestnut 30 g
  • Orange Segments 30 g
  • Red Veined Sorrel 5 g
  • Heirloom Tomato, deskinned and cut 100 g
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil 30 ml
  1. Maple Tamarind Dressing

    • In a mixing bowl, mix well all ingredients.

  2. Honey Ham

    • Glaze ham with maple tamarind dressing till hot and glossy.

  3. Garnishes and Condiments

    • Prepare ingredients as mentioned above.*

    • In a mixing bowl, dress salad.
