  • Garlic Pesto Oil, as above 5.0 g

  • Firm Beancurd 200.0 g
  • Vegetarian Cream 100.0 ml
  • Knorr Vegetarian Seasoning Powder 1kg 4.0 g
  • Margarine 20.0 g

Big Bird Breakkie

  • English Muffin Roll, toasted 61.0 g
  • NoChicken Burger 80.0 g
  • Garlic Pesto Marinated Tomatoes 45.0 g
  • Scrambled Vegetarian Eggs 40.0 g
  • Mushroom, sauteed 20.0 g
  • Baby Spinach 5.0 g
  • Hash Brown 30.0 g

Preparation

  1. Garlic Pesto Oil

    • Mix all the ingredients together in a mixing bowl and steam for 25 mins.
    • Set aside.
  2. Garlic Pesto Marinated Tomatoes

    • Sear tomato in a hot pan, and top with garlic pesto. Bake for 3 mins at 200°C.
  3. Scrambled Vegetarian Eggs

    • Mix all the ingredients together and heat up in a pot and bring to boil.
    • After that, simmer for 2 mins.
  4. Big Bird Breakkie

    • Plate and assemble.
