Black Pepper Sauce


A bold upgrade to the classic. This rich sauce blends butter-sautéed onions with crushed pepper, dark soy, and Knorr Professional Black Pepper Sauce. Finished with demi-glace for depth and smoothness, it’s a luxurious complement to grilled meats or fried chicken.

Preparation

  1. Black Pepper Sauce

    • In a pot, melt butter and sauté onions and peppers until fragrant. Fold in Knorr Professional Black Pepper Sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce and sugar.
    • In a mixing bowl, mix well Knorr Professional Demi Glace Brown Sauce Mix and water. Pour mixture into pot and bring to a boil.
    • Let it simmer for 2 mins and ready to use
