  • Sugar 20 g

Egg Mixture

  • Eggs 65 g

  • Chicken Bak Gua, diced 160 g
  • Egg Yolk (for egg wash) 50 ml
  1. Butter Sugar Mixture

    • Prepare ingredients as mentioned above.
  2. Egg Mixture

    • Prepare ingredients as mentioned above.
  3. Flour Mixture

    • Prepare ingredients as mentioned above.
  4. Garnish and Condiments

    • Prepare ingredients as mentioned above.
  5. Before Serving

    • Preheat deck oven top and bottom heat to 180 degree Celsius.
    • Sieve flour mixture.
    • Using a cake mixer, cream butter and sugar till fluffy.
    • Add in egg mixture.
    • Slowly add in flour mixture and mix till it forms into a smooth dough.
    • Fold in bak gua and portion to 20g each.
    • Apply egg wash onto the dough and bake for 18mins.
