Before Serving
- Preheat deck oven top and bottom heat to 180 degree Celsius.
- Sieve flour mixture.
- Using a cake mixer, cream butter and sugar till fluffy.
- Add in egg mixture.
- Slowly add in flour mixture and mix till it forms into a smooth dough.
- Fold in bak gua and portion to 20g each.
- Apply egg wash onto the dough and bake for 18mins.
