Cream of Tomato Soup

Smooth, savoury, and comforting—Knorr Pronto Tomato and Knorr Cream Soup Base Mix delivered rich and creamy soup, lifted with Knorr Pesto Herb Paste and Knorr Aromat seasoning for a savoury finish.

Preparation

  1. Cream of Tomato Soup

    • In a pot, sweat onion till fragrant with oil.
    • Add in Knorr Pronto Tomato, Knorr Aromat Seasoning and sugar. Bring to boil.
    • In a mixing bowl, mix well water and Knorr Pro Cream Soup Base Mix. Pour mixture into pot.
    • Bring to boil and let it simmer for 2 mins.
    • Use a hand blender to blend till smooth.
    • Bring soup to boil, fold in milk, butter, Knorr Pesto Herb Paste and let it simmer for 2mins. Ready to serve.
