Preparation

  1. Mashed Potato Base

    • In a mixing bowl, mix well all the ingredients and lay it onto a ½ size insert.
    • Wrap the mashed potato and steam it for 20 mins.
    • Blast chill and set aside.
  2. Potato Salad

    • Fold in all the remaining ingredients into chilled mashed potato.
    • Ready to serve.
