Preparation

  1. Potato Leek Soup

    • In a pot, sweat onion and leeks with 60g butter till fragrant.
    • Add water, milk, Knorr Concentrated Chicken Stock and bring to boil.
    • Turn off stove and whisk in Knorr Potato Flakes.
    • Bring pot to boil, fold in cream.
    • Fold in butter.
