Preparation

  1. Salted Egg Sauce

    • Heat Planta in a sauce pot, stir-fry chili padi and curry leaves until fragrant, then lower the heat and add Knorr Professional Golden Salted Egg Powder. 
    • Stir-fry until foamy, add the remaining seasoning ingredients, and mix well.
    • Remove from heat and transfer to a sauce container.
