Sweet and Sour NoChicken Chunks

  • Red Pepper, cut into wedges 25 g
  • Green Pepper, cut into wedges 25 g
  • Onion, cut into wedges 25 g
  • Fresh Pineapple, cut into pieces 30 g
  • Garlic 3 g
  • Oil 25 g
  • Sweet and Sour Sauce 100 g
  1. Sweet and Sour NoChicken Chunks

    • Boil the NoChicken Chunks and then remove from water, coat with an egg and flour batter, fry briefly in oil and set aside.
    • Fry the green pepper, red pepper and onion briefly in oil and set aside; brown the garlic in the oil, add the sweet and sour sauce and cook until hot.
    • Add the NoChicken Chunks that were already briefly fried in oil, mixed peppers and pineapple, stir-fry well and serve.
