Preparation

Beef Filling
- Sauté minced wagyu beef with onion, parsley, corn oil and Italian Herb Paste.
- Fold in coriander and then strain off excess oil.
- Set aside for later use.

Guacamole Dip
- Mash avocado, add in Pronto Tomato Sauce, chopped onion, lime juice, chopped serrano chilli and coriander slices.
- Mix well and fill in glass jar. Chill till serve.

Before Serving
- Fill tortilla wrap with sautéed minced beef mixture.
- Roll it up into a cigar shape.
- Slant cut and place it on slate.
- Serve with guacamole dip on the side.
