Preparation

  1. Onion Soup

    • In a pot, brown butter and brown onions till soft.
    • Add in dried herbs, deglaze and reduce red wine till half.
    • In a mixing bowl, mix well water and Knorr Demi Glace Brown Sauce Mix. Pour mixture into pot.
    • Bring to a boil and let it simmer for 10 minutes.
    • Plate and garnish.
