  • Knorr Concentrated Chicken Stock 1kg 60.0 ml
  • Soya Sauce 40.0 ml
  • Black Vinegar 20.0 ml
  • Mint Leaf, chopped 20.0 g

Ginseng & Dang Gui Dip

Ginger & Spring Onion Dip

  • Corn Oil 100.0 ml
  • Young Ginger, peeled 200.0 g
  • Spring Onion, sliced 100.0 g
  • Knorr Chicken Seasoning Powder 1kg 5.0 g

Garnish and Condiment

  • Poached White Chicken, chopped 800.0 g

Preparation

  1. Sweet Mint Dip

    • In a mixing bowl, mix well all the ingredients. Ready to use.
  2. Ginseng & Dang Gui Dip

    • In a sauce pot, whisk in all ingredients and bring to boil. Ready to use.
  3. Ginger & Spring Onion Dip

    • Using a jug blender, roughly blend ginger and spring onion.
    • In a mixing bowl, mix well all the ingredients.
    • Heat up oil till smoking point, fold oil onto spring onion ginger paste and mix well.
  4. Garnish and Condiment

    • Prepare ingredients as mentioned above.
  5. Before Serving

    • Plate and assemble.
    • Portion dipping sauce into desired ramekins.
    • Ready to serve.
