Preparation

  1. Red Wine Jus

    • Brown butter and caramelize shallots, deglaze and reduce wines till half.
    • In a mixing bowl, whisk water and Knorr Professional Demi Glace
    • Brown Sauce Mix. Pour mixture into pot and bring to a boil.
    • Let it simmer for 10 mins and fold in butter. Ready to use.
