Preparation

  1. Baked Potatoes with Citrus Cream & Bacon Bits

    • Season potatoes with olive oil and Knorr Aromat and place them on baking tray.
    • Preheat oven to 150°C and bake potatoes for 35-45 minutes.
    • While potatoes are baking, mix sour cream, Best Foods Real Mayonnaise and Knorr Lime Powder together and set aside.
    • When potatoes are done, pipe sour cream mixture on top of potatoes and garnish with bacon bits and chives.
