Baked Potatoes with Citrus Cream & Bacon Bits
Who can resist this luscious dish, whether as a side or to savour on its own. Potatoes made creamy and with the added freshness of lime, it’s delicious to the last bite.

Sour Cream 30.0 g

Bacon Bits 40.0 g

Preparation

Baked Potatoes with Citrus Cream & Bacon Bits
- Season potatoes with olive oil and Knorr Aromat and place them on baking tray.
- Preheat oven to 150°C and bake potatoes for 35-45 minutes.
- While potatoes are baking, mix sour cream, Best Foods Real Mayonnaise and Knorr Lime Powder together and set aside.
- When potatoes are done, pipe sour cream mixture on top of potatoes and garnish with bacon bits and chives.
