  • Instant Yeast 9.0 g

  1. Salted Egg Yolk Filling

    • Beat soft butter and icing sugar and in salted yolk powder and milk
    • Last is orange zest
    • Place it in container and chiller
    • Once is hard roll it in a ball size
  2. Plain Soft Doughnut

    • Place the Bread flour, sugar and instant yeast in a mixer bowl
    • Mix well and add in salt and egg
    • Once is become a dough, put in soft butter and mix well with soft butter
    • Roll it flat and cut in round shape
    • Place the salted egg yolk filling on middle
    • Wrap it like a ball shape
    • Deep fried it become golden brown
