Preparation

Salted Egg Yolk Filling
- Beat soft butter and icing sugar and in salted yolk powder and milk
- Last is orange zest
- Place it in container and chiller
- Once is hard roll it in a ball size

Plain Soft Doughnut
- Place the Bread flour, sugar and instant yeast in a mixer bowl
- Mix well and add in salt and egg
- Once is become a dough, put in soft butter and mix well with soft butter
- Roll it flat and cut in round shape
- Place the salted egg yolk filling on middle
- Wrap it like a ball shape
- Deep fried it become golden brown
