  • Pork Ribs 1000.0 g
  • Black Pepper, Crushed 10.0 g
  • Fish Sauce 40.0 g
  • Oyster Sauce 10.0 g
  • Sugar 40.0 g
  • Water 100.0 ml
  • Potato Starch 100.0 g

Before Serve

  • Unsalted Butter 60.0 g
  • Curry Leaves 20.0 g
  • Chilli Padi, sliced 20.0 g
  • Knorr Golden Salted Egg Powder 800g 160.0 g
  • Honey Corn Flakes 40.0 g
  • Spring Onions, julienned 20.0 g
  • Sugar 10.0 g
  • Knorr Chicken Seasoning Powder 1kg 20.0 g

Preparation

  1. Pork Rib Marinade

    • Marinate pork ribs with all other ingredients – black pepper, fish sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, water, potato starch – for 4hrs.
  2. Before Serve

    • Heat up oil in wok, deep fry pork ribs for 5mins.
    • Strain off and set aside for later use.
    • Heat up wok, melt butter, sauté curry leaves and chilli padi.
    • Add in pork ribs, chicken seasoning powder, sugar, salted egg powder and corn flakes.
    • Toss well in wok and serve immediately.
    • Garnish with julienned spring onion.
