Preparation

Grilled Squid
- Char the squid in the griller and season with salt and pepper.
- Set aside.

Roasted Bell Peppers
- Preheat oven to 200°C.
- Mix all the ingredients in a mixing bowl.
- Lay capsicums on an aluminum foil and wrap it tightly. Bake for 8 mins or till capsicums turn soft and tender.

Smoked Chilli and Watermelon Vinaigrette
- Mix well ingredients expect olive oil in a mixing bowl.
- Once mixture is well mixed, slowly whisk in olive oil.
- Set aside.
