  • Plain Flour 50 g
  • Egg Wash 1 pc
  • Breadcrumbs 100 g

Assemble Chicken Katsu Sandwich

  • White Bread, skin off 2 pc
  • White Round Cabbage, thinly sliced 30 g
  • Bulldog Brand - Tonkatsu Dressing 30 ml
  • Breaded Chicken Katsu, deep fried 1 pc
  1. Breaded Chicken Katsu

    • Coat* with plain flour, egg wash, breadcrumbs and keep in freezer so it's ready to use.
    • Pre-heat fryer 180°c, deep fry the breaded chicken katsu until cooked and golden brown. Ready to use.

  2. Assemble Chicken Katsu Sandwich

    • Assemble white bread, cabbage, dressing, chicken katsu.
    • Portion and ready to serve.
