Salad

Before Serving

  • Butterhead Lettuce, shredded 100.0 g
  • Turkey Bacon Bits 100.0 g
  • Spring Onion, sliced 20.0 g

Preparation

  1. Salad

    • Add all ingredients – potato, onion, cherry tomato, Honey Mustard Dressing, pommery mustard, parsley – in a mixing bowl. Toss it well.
    • Chill salad for at least 2hrs.
  2. Before Serving

    • Fill maison jar/ plate wares with potato & caramelised onion salad.
    • Garnish salad with lettuce, turkey bacon bits and spring onion.
    • Ready to serve.
