Roasted Pumpkin

  • Oil 15.0 ml
  • Salt 2.0 g
  • Sugar 15.0 g
  • Pumpkin, diced 300.0 g

Pumpkin Sour Spicy Soup


Roasted pumpkin brings natural sweetness to this bold, creamy soup - balanced with tangy vinegar and a spicy kick from Knorr’s sour spicy liquid seasoning.

Preparation

  1. Roasted Pumpkin

    • In a mixing bowl, add in all the ingredients and marinate the pumpkin for 10mins.
    • Bake the pumpkin at 160⁰C for 15 mins or till pumpkin is roasted and soft.
    • Fold in coconut water, coconut milk and bring to a boil.
    • Season with salt and set aside.
  2. Pumpkin Sour Spicy Soup

    • In a mixing bowl, mix well Knorr Pro Cream Soup Base Mix and water. Pour mixture into pot and bring to boil.
    • Add in roasted pumpkin, Knorr Concentrated Chicken Stock, bring to boil and use a hand blender, blend soup till smooth.
    • Lastly heat up mixture, bring to a boil, fold in Knorr Sour Spicy Liquid Seasoning and vinegar.
    • Set aside and ready to use.
