Salted Egg Portuguese Egg Tart

Ingredients
Egg Tart Mixture

Eggs 50.0 g

Egg Yolk 45.0 g

UHT Milk 140.0 g

Cream 200.0 g

Sugar 80.0 ml
Egg Tart Shell

All-Purpose Flour 220.0 g

Margarine 100.0 g

Icing Sugar 60.0 g

Eggs, beaten 40.0 g
Preparation

Egg Tart Mixture
- In a mixing bowl, mix well all ingredient.
- Set aside for later use.

Egg Tart Shell
- In a mixer, crème icing sugar and margarine.
- While mixing concurrently add in half part eggs and half part flour.
- Add in the remaining egg and flour till it forms a dough.
- Mould the dough into desired tart shell.

Before Serving
- Pre-heat combi oven 180⁰c, fill mixture into tart shell and bake for 15 minutes.
- Ready to serve.
