  • Eggs 50.0 g
  • Egg Yolk 45.0 g
  • UHT Milk 140.0 g
  • Cream 200.0 g
  • Sugar 80.0 ml
  • Knorr Golden Salted Egg Powder 800g 80.0 g

Egg Tart Shell

  • All-Purpose Flour 220.0 g
  • Margarine 100.0 g
  • Icing Sugar 60.0 g
  • Eggs, beaten 40.0 g

Preparation

  1. Egg Tart Mixture

    • In a mixing bowl, mix well all ingredient.
    • Set aside for later use.
  2. Egg Tart Shell

    • In a mixer, crème icing sugar and margarine.
    • While mixing concurrently add in half part eggs and half part flour.
    • Add in the remaining egg and flour till it forms a dough.
    • Mould the dough into desired tart shell.
  3. Before Serving

    • Pre-heat combi oven 180⁰c, fill mixture into tart shell and bake for 15 minutes.
    • Ready to serve.
