Yuzu Dressing


  • Pea Sprouts 800.0 g
  • Baby Spinach 400.0 g
  • Salmon-Smoked 400.0 g
  1. Yuzu Dressing

    • Add olive oil, soy sauce, yuzu juice, Honey Mustard Dressing and minced garlic in mixing bowl, whisk all.
    • Set aside.
  2. Salad

    • Wash Pea sprouts and baby spinach and spin to dry.
    • Cut smoke salmon into slice.
  3. Before Serving

    • Toss salad with yuzu dressing and serve it on plate.
