  1. Truffle Cream

    • In a pot, sweat shallot till soft. Deglaze white wine and reduce till half.·
    • In a mixing bowl, mix well Knorr Professional white sauce mix and water, then pour into the pot and bring to a boil. ·
    • Fold in truffle oil, truffle paste and chopped chives. Ready to serve.
