Sesame Sauce

  • Sesame Paste 15 ml
  • Sugar 3 g
  • Zhenjiang Vinegar 3 g
  • Sesame Oil 3 g
  • Drinking Water 15 ml
  • Soybean Oil 10 g

Vegetarian Shredded Chicken and Cold Noodles

  • Carrots, cut into matchsticks, boiled in water 30 g
  • Cucumber, peeled, cut into matchsticks 80 g
  • Mung Bean-Flour Noodles, cut into thick strips, boiled in water 120 g
  • White Sesame Seeds, toasted until fragrant
  • Soybean Oil 5 g
  1. Sesame Sauce

    • Stir together all the sesame sauce ingredients and set aside.
  2. Vegetarian Shredded Chicken and Cold Noodles

    • After boiling the NoChicken Chunks in water, cut into strips and set aside.
    • Mix the sesame sauce well, arrange the cucumber around the edges, and put the cold noodles in the centre. Top with the carrots.
