  • Zhenjiang Vinegar 3.0 g
  • Sesame Oil 3.0 g
  • Drinking Water 15.0 ml
  • Soybean Oil 10.0 g

Vegetarian Shredded Chicken and Cold Noodles

  • NoChicken Chunks 50.0 g
  • Carrots, cut into matchsticks, boiled in water 30.0 g
  • Cucumber, peeled, cut into matchsticks 80.0 g
  • Mung Bean-Flour Noodles, cut into thick strips, boiled in water 120.0 g
  • White Sesame Seeds, toasted until fragrant
  • Soybean Oil 5.0 g

NoChicken Chunks have the same flavour as chicken — meaty-tasting shredded bits with sesame sauce and cold noodles. Who knew vegetarian dishes could be so enjoyable!

Preparation

  1. Sesame Sauce

    • Stir together all the sesame sauce ingredients and set aside.
  2. Vegetarian Shredded Chicken and Cold Noodles

    • After boiling the NoChicken Chunks in water, cut into strips and set aside.
    • Mix the sesame sauce well, arrange the cucumber around the edges, and put the cold noodles in the centre. Top with the carrots.
    • Add the shredded NoChicken Chunks, sesame sauce and top with the white sesame seeds.
