Beef Filling

  • Beef Striploin 600 g
  • Beef Stock 100 g

Spicy Tomato Sauce

  • Olive Oil 30 ml
  • Onion, chopped 50 g
  • Garlic, chopped 10 g
  • Serrano Chilli, sliced 15 g

Before Serving

  • Onion, Sliced 50 g
  • Coriander sprig 10 g
  • Taco 10 pc
  1. Beef Filling

    • Cut beef to fine strips.
    • Sauté beef with seasoning.
    • Add beef stock to moisture cooked beef.
    • Set aside for later use.
  2. Spicy Tomato Sauce

    • Heat up sauce pan, sweat onion and garlic.
    • Pour in Pronto Tomato Sauce and simmer.
    • Fold in serrano chilli.
  3. Before Serving

    • Fill taco with sautéed beef.
    • Scoop sauce over beef.
    • Garnish with sliced onion, coriander leaves.
    • Ready to serve.
