Preparation Steps

  • Cooking Oil 20 g
  • Ginger, sliced 20 g
  • Spring Onion, white part sliced 20 g
  • Leek, sliced 20 g
  • Sweet Bean Paste, 甜面酱 20 g
  • Garlic, deep-fried 30 g
  • Vegetarian Oyster Sauce 5 g
  • Rock Sugar 15 g
  • Water 200 g
  • Truffle Paste 30 g
  • Dark Soya Sauce 10 g
  • Potato Starch (5gm Potato Starch + 10gm Water), optional
  • Coriander Cress
  1. Preparation Steps

    • Place seasoning in wok, stir-fry spring onion, ginger till fragrant.
    • Add in leek, sweet bean paste, garlic and stir-fry till fragrant.
    • Add in NoMeatballs*, all seasoning and water, and simmer until evenly.
    • Add in starch (optional).
    • Garnish and ready to serve.
