Sweet Bean Paste, 甜面酱 20 g

Garlic, deep-fried 30 g

Vegetarian Oyster Sauce 5 g

Truffle Paste 30 g

Potato Starch (5gm Potato Starch + 10gm Water), optional

Preparation

Preparation Steps
- Place seasoning in wok, stir-fry spring onion, ginger till fragrant.
- Add in leek, sweet bean paste, garlic and stir-fry till fragrant.
- Add in NoMeatballs*, all seasoning and water, and simmer until evenly.
- Add in starch (optional).
- Garnish and ready to serve.
