    • In a mixing bowl, whisk water and Knorr Professional Demi Glace Brown Sauce Mix.
    • Pour mixture into pot and bring to a boil.·
    • Simmer for 5 mins, fold in cream. Bring to a boil. ·
    • Lastly, fold in mustard and ready to use.
