Fresh Chicken, diced and blanched 400 g

Shark Fin Melon, deseed and diced 400 g

Cordyceps flowers 5 g

Ginseng 2.5 g

Preparation

Base Stock
- Bring water to boil, add in all seasoning. Ready to use.

- In a pot add all the ingredients and bring to boil.
- Simmer for 30mins.
