Base Stock

Chicken, Cordyceps Flower, Ginseng Soup Base

  • 1500 ml Base Stock, from above
  • Fresh Chicken, diced and blanched 400 g
  • Shark Fin Melon, deseed and diced 400 g
  • Cordyceps flowers 5 g
  • Ginseng 2.5 g
  • Red Dates 30 g
  1. Base Stock

    • Bring water to boil, add in all seasoning. Ready to use.
  2. Chicken, Cordyceps Flower, Ginseng Soup Base

    • In a pot add all the ingredients and bring to boil.
    • Simmer for 30mins.
