Preparation

  1. Step 1

    •  Stir fry garlic, egg and chicken breast with pre-heated vegetable oil.
    • Add in white rice and mix with the seasoning ingredients. Mix well. 
    • Add in peas and carrots. 
    • Garnish with scallions and iceberg lettuce.
