Creamy Seafood Soup


  • Green Zucchinni, sliced and roasted 80.0 g
  • yellow Zucchinni, sliced and roasted 80.0 g
  • Dill 5.0 g
  • Lemon Zest 5.0 g

  1. Creamy Seafood Soup

    1. Sear shrimps and scallops with butter till golden brown and set aside.
    2. In the same pan, saute celery and onion until tender. Add in milk and Knorr Pronto Tomato.
    3. In a mixing bowl, mix well seafood stock and Knorr Pro Cream Soup Base.
    4. Bring mixture to a boil. Infuse with thyme and season with salt. 
  2. Garnish

    1. Prepare ingredients as mentioned above.
    2. Plate seafood onto soup bowl, add in garnish and pour in soup.
    3. Ready to serve.
