Preparation

  1. Southeast Asia-Flavoured Fish

    • Wash and clean the cod fish, then cut into portions of 100g each.
    • Pan sear the cod fish till golden brown.
    • Add the Southeast Asian-flavoured sauce and seasoning to the cod fish. Stir and serve.
