Preparation

Southeast Asia-Flavoured Fish
- Wash and clean the cod fish, then cut into portions of 100g each.
- Pan sear the cod fish till golden brown.
- Add the Southeast Asian-flavoured sauce and seasoning to the cod fish. Stir and serve.
