Preparation

Chicken Sauce
- Stir together all the homestyle stir-fry sauce ingredients and set aside.

Homestyle Vegetarian Stir-Fry
- Boil the NoChicken Chunks and NoBeef Burger* slices and then remove from water, fry briefly in oil and set aside.
- Stir-fry the garlic, Shimeji mushrooms, red chillies, NoChicken Chunks, NoBeef Burger slices, Chinese chives and cashews in oil until fragrant.
- Add the oyster sauce, broth, sugar and chicken stock powder to taste, mix in the thin starch-and-water mixture, then serve. Garnish with fried taro strips.
