Homestyle Vegetarian Stir-Fry

  • NoChicken Chunks 80.0 g
  • NoBeef Burger 85.0 g
  • Oil 25.0 g
  • Shimeji Mushrooms, briefly fried in oil 25.0 g
  • Red Chillies, briefly fried in oil, cut into strips 20.0 g
  • Chinese Chives, briefly fried in oil, cut into finger-length segments 150.0 g
  • Cashews, fried until golden 30.0 g
  • Garlic 3.0 g
  • Fried Taro Strips

Substitute NoChicken Chunks or NoBeef Burger in your stir-fry to satisfy the craving for meat and pair with hot, fried cashews to add a chewy texture — vegetarian food with wok hei flavours is now an option!



  1. Chicken Sauce

    • Stir together all the homestyle stir-fry sauce ingredients and set aside.
  2. Homestyle Vegetarian Stir-Fry

    • Boil the NoChicken Chunks and NoBeef Burger* slices and then remove from water, fry briefly in oil and set aside.
    • Stir-fry the garlic, Shimeji mushrooms, red chillies, NoChicken Chunks, NoBeef Burger slices, Chinese chives and cashews in oil until fragrant.
    • Add the oyster sauce, broth, sugar and chicken stock powder to taste, mix in the thin starch-and-water mixture, then serve. Garnish with fried taro strips.
