Sugar Syrup

  • Sugar 500 g
  • Water 500 ml

Tea Base

Tamarind Tea

Garnish and Condiments

  • Mint Leaf 5 g
  • Thai Lime 50 g
  • Orange, sliced 50 g
  • Watermelon, cubed 50 g
  • Kiwifruit, cubed 50 g
  1. Sugar Syrup

    • Mix all the ingredients and bring to boil.
    • Set aside.
  2. Tea Base

    • In a pot, bring water to boil, infuse tea for 30 mins.
    • Strain tea and set aside.
  3. Tamarind Tea

    • Fold in Knorr Concentrated Tamarind Sauce and sugar syrup.*†
    • Let it chill before serving.

    * 2000ml Tea Base, from above † 600ml Sugar Syrup, from above

  4. Garnish and Condiments

    • Prepare ingredients as mentioned above.
  5. Before Serving

    • Garnish and serve.
