  • White Sauce Lasagna Base 60.0 ml

  • Cheese, Quickmelt 10.0 g

  • White Sauce Lasagna Base 30.0 ml
  • Cheese, Quickmelt 10.0 g

Preparation

  1. White Sauce Lasagna Base

    12 - 14 minutes
    • Place everything in a sauce pot and mix well.
    • Apply medium heat, bring to a boil and simmer for 2-3 min.
    • Mix well from time to time.
    • Set aside to cool.
    • Store inside the chiller until use. Apply cold during the lasagna assembly.  
  2. Meatless Spaghetti Sauce Base

    35 minutes
    • Add oil to the pot and apply medium heat.
    • Saute onions, garlic, celery and carrots. Add dried oregano and continue to saute until fragrant.
    • Add the prepared The Vegetarian Butcher NoMince. Saute until well incorporated.
    • Season with Knorr Aromat Seasoning Powder then add Knorr Tomato Paste. Mix well.
    • Add water, tomato sauce and the rest of the ingredients. Mix well and bring to a boil.
    • Simmer for 5-10 min. in low heat.
    • Set aside to cool. Apply cold during the lasagna assembly.                                                                     
  3. Loaded Meatless Lasagna Assembly

    35 minutes
    • Brush the bottom and side of the lasagna pan with soft butter.
    • Add ample amount of white sauce lasagna base.
    • Add the pre-cooked lasagna sheets. Add ample amount of meatless spaghetti sauce and top it with ample amount of white sauce lasagna base, then top with grated quick melt cheese.
    • Do this for another 2 layers. Make sure to add enough sauce to make sure that its moist and flavorful.
    • For the topmost part, cover with a lasagna sheet. Add ample amount of white sauce lasagna base covering mostly the lasagna sheet.
    • Finish with ample amount of grated quick melted cheese. Give it a tap for everything to set and cover with foil.
    • Cook in a pre-heated convectional oven 170°C for 15 minutes. Afterwards, remove the foil and cook for another 15 minutes until it boils and the top has a nice gratinated color.
