  1. Salted Egg Hollandaise

    • In a pot, melt margarine, and stir-fry curry leaves until fragrant.
    • Using low heat, add in Knorr Professional Golden Salted Egg Powder and stir fry till fragrant and smooth texture.
    • Fold in Knorr Professional Garde d’Or Hollandaise Sauce and seasoning.
    • Mix well and ready to use
