Sesame Oil Chicken

  • Sesame Oil 60.0 ml
  • Old Ginger, skin off and sliced 30.0 g
  • Shallots, skin off and sliced 30.0 g
  • Spring Onion, white segment sliced 30.0 g
  • Morel Mushrooms, soaked and cut in half 10.0 g
  • Water (for soaking morel mushrooms) 80.0 ml
  • Knorr Vegetarian Seasoning Powder 1kg 5.0 g
  • Vegetarian Oyster Sauce 15.0 g
  • White Pepper Powder 4.0 g
  • Sugar 12.0 g
  • Dark Soya Sauce 15.0 ml
  • Spring Onion, green segment sliced 30.0 g

  1. Sesame Oil Chicken

    • In a pot, heat up sesame oil to low heat. Put in old ginger to sweat until fragrant.
    • Add in shallots, spring onion white segment and sweat until fragrant.
    • Add in the NoChicken Chunks*, morel mushrooms and stir fry until fragrant.
    • Add in all seasoning, water and stir well, tossing in high heat.
    • Ready to serve.
