  • Salmon Fillet
  • Sake
  • Salt
  • Mixed Saladgreens
  • Turnip, peeled and slicedred
  • Green Apple, thinly sliced
  • Avocado, diced
  • Carrotsshaved
  • Cucumbershaved
  • Hard Boiled Eggs, peeledquartered
  • Hellmann's Miso Ponzu Dressing

Preparation

  1. Shio Salmon Salad with Miso Ponzu Dressing & Apple

    • Cure salmon in sake & salt. Leave in fridge overnight.
    • Bake cured salmon in 200°C for 8 minutes.
    • Flake salmon into large chunks
    • Toss all vegetables and fruits with Hellmann's Miso Ponzu Dressing.
    • Plate and garnish with flaked shio salmon, cress and quartered egg.
