Cod Fish

  • Cod Fish, cleaned and portioned 1200 g

Garlic Tamarind Sauce

  • Oil 100 ml
  • Shallots, chopped 100 g
  • Garlic, chopped 60 g
  • Red Chili, chopped 100 g
  • Spicy Broad Bean Paste 100 g
  • White Rice Wine 100 ml

Garnishes and Condiments

  • Coriander 10 g
  • Spring Onions 5 g
  • Chilli, sliced 5 g
  1. Cod Fish

    • Prepare ingredients as mentioned above.
  2. Garlic Tamarind Sauce

    • In a pot, sweat shallot, garlic, red chilli and spicy broad bean paste till fragrant.
    • Deglaze with rice wine, let it simmer and fold in Knorr Concentrated Chicken Stock and Knorr Concentrated Tamarind Sauce.
  3. Garnishes and Condiments

    • Prepare ingredients as mentioned above.
  4. Before Serving

    • Preheat steamer and steam the cod fish for 10 mins.
    • Plate fish and pour sauce over.
    • Garnish and serve.
