Steamed Cod Fish with Garlic Tamarind Sauce
So delicious and yet so healthy, steamed cod fish is extra flavoursome with a blend of garlic, tamarind, bean paste, and chilli for that spicy kick.

Cod Fish, cleaned and portioned 1200 g
Garlic Tamarind Sauce

Oil 100 ml

Shallots, chopped 100 g

Garlic, chopped 60 g

Red Chili, chopped 100 g

Spicy Broad Bean Paste 100 g

White Rice Wine 100 ml
Garnishes and Condiments

Coriander 10 g

Spring Onions 5 g

Chilli, sliced 5 g
Preparation

Cod Fish
- Prepare ingredients as mentioned above.

Garlic Tamarind Sauce
- In a pot, sweat shallot, garlic, red chilli and spicy broad bean paste till fragrant.
- Deglaze with rice wine, let it simmer and fold in Knorr Concentrated Chicken Stock and Knorr Concentrated Tamarind Sauce.

- Prepare ingredients as mentioned above.

Before Serving
- Preheat steamer and steam the cod fish for 10 mins.
- Plate fish and pour sauce over.
- Garnish and serve.
