  • Dark Soy Sauce 10 g
  • Mustardoil 10 g
  • Ginkgo 30 g
  • Hellmann’s Smoked Chilli Dressing 300 g

Garnish

  • Shredded GingerFried 100 g
  • Lettuce 100 g

Reminiscent of Peking Duck, this recipe takes inspiration from it by switching out duck with plant-based meat. When done well, diners will be pleasantly surprised when biting into the dish, with the lettuce wrapping providing a crisp and refreshing taste.

Preparation

  1. Meat Sauce

    • Heat oil and sauté The Vegetarian Butcher NoMince. Add Japanese cucumber and shiitake mushrooms and sauté. Season to taste and set aside.
    • Add ginko and Hellmann's Smoked Chilli Dressing into the meat sauce. Mix well.
  2. Garnish

    • Fry the ginger till golden brown.
    • Add the meat sauce to the lettuce, and garnish with fried ginger. Ready to serve.
