Preparation

  1. Sorbet

    • In a pot, add all the ingredients, heat to 85 degree Celsius.
    • Transfer to pacojet canister and freeze overnight.
    • Churn in pacojet machine.
  2. Garnish and Condiments

  3. Before Serving

    • Garnish and serve.
