Thai Spicy Sauce

Thai Style Nugget

  • Lemongrass, sliced 10 g
  • Chili padi, sliced 2 g
  • Lime Leaf, sliced 1 g
  • Cucumber, diced 5 g
  • Pineapples, diced 10 g
  • Thai Spicy Sauce, as above 50 ml
  • NoChicken Nuggets 6 pc
  • Rice, cooked 80 g

Preparation

  1. Thai Spicy Sauce

    • Mix well all ingredients in a mixing bowl and set aside.

  2. Thai Style Nugget

    • Heat up oil in a wok. Stir-fry lemongrass and chilli padi until fragrant.
    • Add in thai spicy sauce, lime leaves, The Vegetarian Butcher NoChicken Nuggets, pineapples and cucmber and toss well.
    • Ready to serve.
