Thai Style Nugget

  • Lemongrass, sliced 10.0 g
  • Chili padi, sliced 2.0 g
  • Lime Leaf, sliced 1.0 g
  • Cucumber, diced 5.0 g
  • Pineapples, diced 10.0 g
  • Thai Spicy Sauce, as above 50.0 ml
  • NoChicken Nuggets 6.0 pc
  • Rice, cooked 80.0 g

Our version of spicy nuggets borrow inspiration from Thai flavour. The crunchy exterior of the plant-based nuggets are coated with a generous serving of the Thai spicy sauce for a sweet and spicy taste, with a crunchy texture.  



  1. Thai Spicy Sauce

    • Mix well all ingredients in a mixing bowl and set aside.
  2. Thai Style Nugget

    • Heat up oil in a wok. Stir-fry lemongrass and chilli padi until fragrant.
    • Add in thai spicy sauce, lime leaves, The Vegetarian Butcher NoChicken Nuggets, pineapples and cucmber and toss well.
    • Ready to serve.
