Preparation

Sweet Tamarind Sauce
- In a sauce pot, mix well all the ingredients and bring to boil. Set aside.

Tiger Prawn
- Using a wok, heat up oil, deep fry tiger prawn with high heat till crispy and golden brown. Set aside.
- Season wok with oil, stir fry ginger and garlic till fragrant.
- Fold in sweet tamarind sauce, prawns and toss evenly with high heat.

Garnish and Condiment
- Prepare ingredients as mentioned above.

- Plate, garnish and ready to serve.
