Ingredients
Sweet and Sour Sauce

Water 200 ml

Plum Sauce 20 ml

Ketchup 100 ml

White Vinegar 20 ml

Sugar 35 g

Red Coloured Powder 0.1 g
Sweet and Sour NoMeatballs

Cooking Oil 20 g

Onion, diced 20 g
-
Red Capsicum, diced 20 g

Yellow Capsicum, diced 20 g

Green Capsicum, diced 20 g

Sweet and Sour Sauce, as above 100 ml

Potato Starch (5gm Potato Starch + 10gm Water), optional
Preparation

Sweet and Sour Sauce
- In a mixing bowl, mix all ingredients well and bring to boil. Ready to use.

Sweet and Sour NoMeatballs
- Season wok, stir-fry onions, capsicum till fragrant.
- Fold in sauce, NoMeatball* tossing in high heat. Optional to add starch.
- Ready to serve.
