Braised Pork Ribs in Seafood Sauce

  • Pork Spareribs Rack 2 kg
  1. Spices

    • Put all spices together, set aside
  2. Marination

    • Mix the marination well, set aside.
  3. Seasonings

    • Mix well the seasonings and set aside.
  4. Braised Pork Ribs in Seafood Sauce

    • Trim the ribs into rib lets, wash and strain, add marinade for 4 hours and set aside.
    • Preheat oven to 220°C, roast marinated ribs for 20mins till slightly charred and set aside.
    • Heat up a little oil in a pan, add in spices and stir fry till fragrant over low heat. Add in seasonings and bring to boil. Simmer ribs in the sauce for 45mins till thoroughly cooked and softened. Remove and plate.
    • Heat the leftover sauce in the pan, fold in a slurry till the sauce thickens. Pour sauce over ribs and serve.
